Lots of people are talking about how long it will take for him to vindicate himself and rebuild his brand. He is retired…he is disgraced…his legacy of a brand is gone unfortunately, you know, that thing he could have lived off of the merchandising rights alone for the rest of his life.

Found this on BrandRepublic:

“The Sunday Times has taken out an ad in a US newspaper featuring an open letter to Oprah Winfrey, with 10 questions she should ask cyclist Lance Armstrong when he appears on her show on Thursday 17January.”

The whole spat between Sunday Times chief sports writer, David Walsh and Lance Armstrong is going to go on for years. Lance is disgraced and Walsh just won the UK journalist of the year for his 13 year investigation into this doping scandal.

Moral of the story, don’t piss off reporters because they can spend 13 years ruining you and then suing you for lying to them while they were trying to ruin you.

Does anyone think Lance can come back after falling so far from public grace?
